Whitehead Cores Database Registration (Applies ONLY to NEW EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS)
1) Have your lab administrator register your institute first (if new to Whitehead), and then your lab, and then any users in the Whitehead Cores Database. https://cores.wi.mit.edu/
2) Request an estimate from the Core if you need a precise dollar amount for your PO. (It is not necessary that POs be for the exact amount, only at least enough to cover any charges.)
3) Have your lab administrator enter any PO numbers going forward into this database, along with user authorizations for each.
