Sequencing
GTC offers Next-Generation sequencing on the Illumina platform. We have two Illumina GAII systems and one HiSeq2000. In addition we offer library preparation service from dsDNA with the SPRIworks system from Beckman.
Microarray
We offer a Expression Analysis Service utilizing the 2 Plaforms - Agilent and Affymetrix. Applications include: ChIP-CHIP, Expression Analysis, CGH, etc.
